This two story loft has no enclosed space other than the closets and the bathrooms. All living space is open to the large 2 story windows. The client wanted a clean, contemporary look that also allowed for outward visibility to maintain his spectacular view. Because of the number of windows involved and their height. Every window treatment is automated. The client has two controls, one for the upper level and one for the lower level. Shades could be raised and lowered individually or in groups.
